Recently went for Honeymoon trip to Kerala (6 night 7 day) for with smile Holidays. The whole tour was very well planned & arranged. Also all resorts was really very good with beautiful ambiences. Aranayka Resort in Munnar had very good view of entire Munnar, Coffee routes in Thekkady felt really within nature & homely feeling with bungalow cottages, Private houseboat was the best part of our tour with very co-operative staff & tasty food (big thanq for the candle light dinner & flower bed decoration) & Soma Palmshore in Kovalam with awesome Kovalam beach view & just adjusted to beach. Our wonderful driver, Shanvas was extremely safe, knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to assist. Hereafter for my any other tour you will be my 1st choice.

We were a group of 24 members traveling with my family & friends and I was the head of entire travel plan. I came to know about smile from one of my Gujarathi friend working in kerala. And from the very first talk with Mitesh Shah ,he impressed me. He always talked very politely & understood our requirement & made our travel plan. Our biggest consent was getting jain food & a big thanks to our driver Rajesh & Mitesh to provide jain food everywhere in entire leg of tour. All the hotels good & tempo provided to us was wonderful with very good music system.All my family & friends are really happy with the service & tour.

I travelled last month with my dad,mom & sis for 6 days kerala tour.It was actually my treat to my dad & mom as I got my first salary & it was for the first time they are going for any tour out of Kolkata,so I was a bit tensed. But undoubtedly they enjoyed every moment of the tour & especially the houseboat. The best think I liked about smile holidays is they gave us very personal service & daily evening they used to call us to know how’s everything was going & also helped us with all must do activities for next day. It was nice; just the weather did not permit us to enjoy till the extent we could as it was raining. Overall, nice experience in terms of driver, the vehicle, the hotels and other small arrangements during the tour in houseboat. Just a constructive feedback to you people, please ensure that don’t set the expectations as per the hotel in House boat.Room are small & no much activity to do.
